The Boot Camp With A Difference runs every Monday and Thursday AT 6.00am, 9.30am and 6.00PM and 7.00am on Saturdays with the educational teleseminars once a month on the last Sunday of every month.

The Monday, Thursday & Saturday sessions are purely OUTDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS.

You will experience such things as resistance training, body weight squats, lunges, push ups etc, cardiovascular training, hill runs, interval sprints etc and Group Training Mission Days.  There will also be speed work, plyometrics training, high intensity interval training, just to name a few.

There are also hay bales, car and tractor tyres, ropes, chains and wooden poles to play with.

Participants will complete a fitness test including a short run, some push ups, sit ups and flexibility test to gauge where your fitness levels are at.  It also affords the Instructor to divide participants into groups of similar fitness levels for such activities as the Group Training Mission Days and team events.

All participants re-do the fitness test to see their fitness improvements every six weeks.
